Quick to Listen, Slow to Speak, Slow to Angry

The thought God gave us is thoughts of peace and not of evil. God does not like disputes.
However, as Christians, how should we resolve conflicts in our workplace?

For me, when coming to resolve disagreements, I often deal with people’s feelings first.
I believe that emotion is the most critical factor affecting team productivity and performance.

Effective communication comes from trusting each other, and positive interactions are the building blocks of trust.

“My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to become angry.” – James 1:19

Let’s stop and listen carefully to what others have to say, slow to speak, and take cautious of our month.
Only speak constructive words and let trust flow in the team!
