RiverBien MUSIC x ART Summer Camp
RiverBien will hold a Music x Art Summer Camp in June of this year, with the goal of providing children aged 5-12 with the opportunity to learn singing and art skills, appreciate the beauty of music, choir, art and craft, and learn Chinese through carefully designed courses and activities. The camp aims to create a joyful learning environment for children.
Daily Schedule
Please prepare lunch, snacks, and a water bottle for your children to bring to the camp. Drinking water will be provided. The camp provides lunch ordering services. We discourage food sharing, but to prevent allergic reactions, we kindly ask parents not to bring nuts or other allergy-triggering foods. Thank you for your understanding. We may adjust the schedule according to daily lesson plans and learning conditions to ensure teaching quality.

Thank you to all the children and parents who have supported and enjoyed “Anna’s Singing Class” and “Crystal’s Creative Art Class” in the past. This year, RiverBien is fortunate to have invited both teachers to collaborate together, and we look forward to creating even more enriching courses and interactions!
Chorus, music, and art are all independent and rich forms of art. In our summer camp, children will have the opportunity to delve into and experience them, and express art in their own way. Join us and explore the exciting world of art with like-minded friends, making this summer full of beautiful memories!
Check-in and Pickup
RiverBien will provide a 15-minute check-in period (8:45AM-9:00AM) to allow parents to drop off their children up to 15 minutes early. Camp activities will start promptly at 9:00AM.
The camp curriculum will end at 3:00 PM, and parents are required to pick up their children before 3:05 PM (of 5:05PM if after-school care is needed). If a representative is needed, please inform RiverBien of their name and ensure that they bring photo identification. A late fee of $1 per minute will be charged for late pick-up, thank you for your cooperation.
As this is a drop-off program and due to space constraints, parents or representatives are requested to wait in the parking lot during drop-off and pick-up times. Thank you for your cooperation.
Registration and Payment

Limited spots available. To ensure the rights of all the parents, we can only reserve a spot for your child on the registration list after receiving the “Registration Form” and “Full Payment”. Only submitting the registration form will not reserve a spot. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
Early Bird Discount:

- Two-week full course + After-class care: $1218
($938 Tuition with $20 discount + $50 Material Fee + $250 After-class care) - Two-week full course: $968

($469 Tuition + $25 Material Fee + $125 After-class care) - One-week course: $494

Cancel and Refund Policy
If your child cannot attend the course, you may notify us before the start of the course and transfer the course to another child without additional charges. If there are students on the waiting list who can take the place, you can also receive a full refund.
If the cancellation is not due to the above reasons, depending on the notification time, we will refund according to the following ratio. Thank you for your understanding and patience:
Cancellation notice before 3/1/2023 (year omitted) will receive a 95% refund.*
Cancellation notice between 3/1 and 3/15 will receive an 85% refund.
Cancellation notice between 3/16 and 3/31 will receive a 75% refund.
Cancellation notice between 4/1 and 4/30 will receive a 65% refund.
Cancellation notice after 4/30 will not be refunded (Non-refundable).
If the camp has to be canceled due to national, state, or local government regulations, or due to force majeure, we will refund on a pro-rata basis according to the number of days of class.
*After notifying us of the cancellation, you must receive a confirmation email from us to confirm the cancellation. Thank you!
