We are but Dust

“For he knows what we are, and thinks that we are but dust.” – Psalm 103:14

I didn’t understand the meaning of this scripture, but I think the word is beautiful. My interpretation is that the human body has many elements similar to those of the soil, and after death, ashes return to dust. No matter how good or bad, lovely or pathetic, successful or unsuccessful we were, we are no different from grass and trees after life is over. What can we take when we die?
Imagining that God is holding tiny human beings in his big hands, watching us. In our limited time, God wants to enjoy a good life with us and accompany us through happy and hard times.

In the painting, there is a man who passes on, and his body becomes one with grass, flowers, and soil.
