God’s Wisdom

When we encounter life challenges, we often seek human wisdom to resolve the issues and don’t think about asking God for help until we are desperate. Yes, humans are smarter and more knowledgeable than other creatures, but our intelligence does not measure up to God’s wisdom.

Since young, I have been very used to counting on myself as I left home for education at the age of 15 and even studied abroad and resided overseas all by myself. It has been over 40 years, and I am so used to being tough, thinking nothing can hold me back.

I didn’t know that I could have a “mighty mentor” watching over me until I met God. He is capable of solving all challenges in my life that I no longer have to be tough when I am helpless inside! I can boast gladly about my weakness, so that His power may rest on me.

As a Christian, God’s wisdom is the most powerful resource available to us! “Blessed are those who find wisdom,those who gain understanding” (Proverbs‬ ‭3:13) The wisdom of God not only ensures our salvation,‬ but it will bring us the best benefits through the best strategies.‬

When we stay still and know that He is God, He will grant us the heavenly wisdom. He will guide our direction, like a lighthouse in the darkness, and show us the great and unsearchable things we do not know!

I have taught you in the way of wisdom; I have led you in the right paths. (Proverbs 4:11)

Since God’s time is not measured precisely as our clock, I designed a frameless clock without clock pointers. God’s time is infinite. The colorful clouds and the tides represented the challenges we have experienced in our life. Surprisingly, they all fit together, creating a beautiful scene because God is in control and has a perfect plan and timing!
