Faith Of Touchdown

There’s an outstanding football player who once said that among his 400+ yards game record, numerous of them were accumulated by a half, one or two yards along the way. We all understand how hard it is to push forward one to two yards into goal range when encountering tough defending.

During today’s massive explosion of technology, we pursue efficiency, instant success and even a sudden boost of our confidence to retain growth in our faith. But let’s be realistic. Even though we have a vivid goal, our path in life journey is stacked up little by little in the process, too often with many unexpected challenges, sometimes crooked, receding along the way. Each step may be full of sweat, tears and struggle as we face obstacles and challenges to know ourselves, loving others and having faith in God. Facing a dilemma, wrestling between despair and hope, embracing doubtfulness or faith, God asks us to lay our confusion, hardship in life and burdens in heart to Him. When we are weak in faith, let’s still believe our trustworthy God for He is faithful. For this coming new year, may we follow our Lord Jesus in faith and move forward bravely to reach the touchdown goal in life!

So those who rely on faith are blessed along with Abraham, the man of faith. – Galatians 3:9‬
