I, on behalf of myself, my personal representatives, heirs, next-of-kin, spouse, or assigns, hereby release RiverBien, its officers, employees, agents, and volunteers (hereafter referred to as “RELEASEES”) from all liability for any injuries, death, or property damage that may arise from or be connected with my and/or my family members’ participation in RiverBien class(es) and program(s), or the use of public/private trails, public/private roads, streets, freeways, expressways, beaches, lakes, rivers, creeks, ponds, pools, or any body of water (of any size or depth), mountains, hills, or facilities in connection with this release. I make this release voluntarily and in consideration of my and/or my family members’ participation in RiverBien class(es), program(s), and camp(s).

1. I acknowledge that this WAIVER and RELEASE is valid and applicable even if the negligent activities of the RELEASEES played a role in any injury, death, or property damage suffered by me or any of my family members during their participation in RiverBien class(es) and program(s).
2. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the RELEASEES from and against any and all liability, claims, causes of action, losses, or expenses, including attorney fees, resulting from or related to my participation or my family members’ participation in RiverBien class(es) and program(s), whether caused by the RELEASEES’ negligence or not. This release applies to RiverBien, its owners, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents, and benefits them for any damage, cost, or loss arising from any injury or damage, including death, to me, my spouse, or my child/ward, or to my/their property.
3. I understand that accidents, including serious injuries or property damage, may occur during travel to, during, or after RiverBien class(es) and program(s). These risks may include, but are not limited to, vehicular accidents, falls, sprains, breaks, fractures, cuts, scrapes, scratches, rashes, bruises, insect or animal bites, reptile bites, broken or fractured bones, and diseases acquired from such bites.
4. Despite the risks involved, I agree to assume all risks associated with RiverBien class(es) and program(s) and to release and hold harmless to the fullest extent permitted by law all the persons mentioned above who might otherwise be liable for any damages resulting from their passive or active negligence or carelessness.
5. I authorize qualified physicians to provide necessary medical treatment or care in case of illness or accident during RiverBien class(es) and program(s). If a child/participant is injured and a parent cannot be reached, 911 Emergency Medical System will be contacted to transport the injured to the nearest hospital.
6. I hereby give my child permission to attend and participate in activities sponsored by RiverBien. I hereby authorize RiverBien to transport my child to or from RiverBien and/or any other RiverBien-related and sponsored events and activities. 
7. I understand that photographs and videos may be taken during RiverBien class(es), camp(s) and program(s), and I authorize the use and reproduction of these photos by RiverBien for promotional handouts and on their website. If the participant is a minor, I, as a parent or legal guardian, authorize the use of the photos as stated above.
8. I acknowledge and signify that I am the child’s biological parent/court-appointed legal guardian, and I, along with the child’s other parent(s)/legal guardian(s), agree to all of the terms presented above and promise not to sue for any claims. I voluntarily agree to these terms for myself if I choose to participate.
9. By booking a class, a program, or a camp, I automatically agree to all of the terms presented above.
